BC Wines of Marked Quality Regulation

In June, 2022, the Food and Agricultural Products Classification Act | Wines of Marked Quality Regulation was updated. The regulation can be found through the Government of British Columbia’s website.

British Columbia is a protected term under the Regulation and can only to be used on certified BC Wines.
