The British Columbia Wine Authority is an independent regulatory authority to which the Province of British Columbia has delegated responsibility for enforcing the Province’s “Wines of Marked Quality Regulation”. Building truth in labelling and consumer confidence in BC Wine.

Licensed wineries in British Columbia are welcome to become members of the British Columbia Wine Authority. As a Member you will stay informed about industry issues, receive voting privileges on industry regulations and at our Annual General Meeting

The earliest record of wine grapes being planted in BC is 1907.
